Observation of children is a central component of our program. The program’s design is based on observed levels of development. This allows for program development to take a child-centered approach. This approach emphasizes the individual uniqueness and developmental stages of each child and favors the child’s needs over those of the adult. Simply put, we believe that children’s needs and welfare come first.
